http://celebration4u.net acts as a booking agency, and handling the transaction and provides payment gateway facilities where the owners collect payments directly from end Users. http://celebration4u.net conducts the transaction on behalf of Venues and does not control availability or accuracy of availability.
Any person above the age of 18 years, can use the http://celebration4u.net website and is entitled to make the transactions online through http://celebration4u.net website.
4) User agrees that the information entered in the inquiry form or other forms in the Website will be shared with the Venue(s) and other service providers as a part of fulfilling the User inquiry or requirement
http://celebration4u.net shall not be responsible for any errors during booking process; it is the responsibility of the User to manually confirm the booking by contacting the Venue(s) owner. http://celebration4u.net anticipates errors occurring on our online service; if the confirmation page does not appear or confirmation email is not delivered or confirmation number is not produced or any other type of errors occur; it shall be the responsibility of the User to contact the Venue(s) owner directly to resolve the issue; http://celebration4u.net shall not have any responsibility for such errors.
User need to verify the booking details thoroughly, and, make the final call to make the booking ; User need to contact Venue(s) directly to modify, cancel or make any types of changes to the bookings.
If the Venue owner(s) has enabled Online payment for Booking, Website will accepts Visa, MasterCard, Debit Cards and Net Banking while booking online; method of payments are subject to change time to time without notice.
If the venue owner(s) has enabled the Users to “Pay at Venue”for booking the Venue, the User can block the venue by selecting the same. The User has to confirm the booking by paying the requisite amount to the venue directly as per their terms and conditions. http://celebration4u.net does have not any control over each Venue(s) terms and conditions; they are defined at the sole discretion of the Venue(s) owners
http://celebration4u.net User has to review the refund policies of the Venues published; Neither http://celebration4u.net shall not be responsible for making refunds to the User; it shall be the responsibility of the Venue owners, and, the User needs to directly work with the functional hall owners for such refunds. Website believes in helping its Users as far as possible, and, has therefore a liberal cancellation policy.
In case the User feels that the services received from the concerned business entities/ actual service providers is not as shown on the site, the User can bring it to the notice of the User service centre of the concerned business entities/ actual service providers. The User Service Team of the concerned business entities/ actual service providers, being the sole exclusive responsible authority, after looking into the complaint of User, would take an appropriate decision. However, the same is at exclusive discretion of the concerned business entities/ actual service providers and at the exclusive risk, cost and consequence of the User complaining the same only.

http://celebration4u.net shall not be responsible for the non-availability of the Venue for whatsoever reason after booking is made through http://celebration4u.net; http://celebration4u.net is merely acting as an agency to enable the User to book/block the Venue(s) published by the Venue owner(s) at their sole discretion.
http://celebration4u.net shall not be responsible for any amenities or facilities promised by the Venue(s). In addition, http://celebration4u.net shall not be responsible for any User service or dissatisfaction at the venue(s).
13) The User shall read and understand the terms and conditions of the Venues carefully before using the service of http://celebration4u.net . Terms may change without any prior notice.
The User shall only use the services of http://celebration4u.net for personal use, and , he or she shall not use the services of http://celebration4u.net for any unlawful purpose and also for any commercial purpose; if so, he/she shall be subjected to prosecution under the applicable laws. Also, the http://celebration4u.net reserves the right to claim the damages from the User for such unlawful use. This agreement between the http://celebration4u.net and the User is only to enable the User to access http://celebration4u.net website, and this agreement shall not be regarded as any agreement between the User and http://celebration4u.net.
User shall indemnify the http://celebration4u.net for loss caused to http://celebration4u.net due to usage etc., by the User.
In case any provision of this Agreement is determined to be invalid or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity or unenforceability shall attach only to such provision or part of such provision and the remaining portion/part of such provision and all other remaining provisions of this Agreement shall continue to be in full force and effect as valid and binding.
Either the User or http://celebration4u.net, as the case may be, can terminate this Agreement and a Service with a notice caused at any time to be effective immediately.
The http://celebration4u.net may, by written notice, terminate this agreement with any cause, so also the User can terminate.
Upon termination, http://celebration4u.net shall not have any obligation to perform any service or tasks on behalf of User.

This agreement and each TOS shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles and disputes arising in relation hereto shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of Kolkata.
